Payment and Refund Policy
LYH TRAVELS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED
1. Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost, unless otherwise specified.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the travel start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved digital methods.
Any delay in payment may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.
2. Booking Confirmation
Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
LYH TRAVELS reserves the right to adjust package pricing based on availability, seasonal fluctuations, or changes in supplier rates at the time of final booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund of total amount paid
15–30 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount paid
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
Cancellation by LYH TRAVELS:
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, LYH TRAVELS will offer a full refund or an alternate travel option, as per customer preference.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed and Credited within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Miscellaneous Payments
If any payment is made under a miscellaneous category, LYH TRAVELS will provide a detailed breakup upon request, including service components and applicable taxes.
5. Non-Refundable Components
Certain services such as visa fees, travel insurance, flight tickets, or third-party bookings may be non-refundable, depending on the provider’s terms.
These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to payments or refunds shall be addressed amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to jurisdiction under Uttar Pradesh Firozabad Court
