Refund Process for Customer Cancellations If you wish to cancel your tour, please follow these steps:
Contact us as soon as possible : Notify us by email or phone at [email protected] with your booking reference. Provide relevant details: Please provide your booking number, tour details, and the reason for cancellation (if applicable).Refund eligibility and amount are based on the following cancellation schedule More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or booking fees).29 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded. Less than 20 days before departure: No refund is available (unless exceptional circumstances apply).Note: Some third-party services (e.g., flights, accommodations, or excursions) may have stricter policies, and we will inform you of any such restrictions at the time of booking.
Refund Process for Cancellations by Loveyourholiday In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or modify your tour (due to reasons such as weather, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control):
We will offer you a full refund or a suitable alternative tour of equal value, depending on availability. If you prefer, we can reschedule your tour to a later date, subject to availability and applicable charges. We will notify you at least 7 days prior to your tour departure in the case of cancellation or significant changes to your itinerary.
Non-Refundable Items and Fees

Deposit Fees: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, typically 30% of the total booking cost, Special Event or Custom Tours: Special events or custom travel packages may have different terms, and partial payments may be non-refundable, Airline, Hotel, or Activity Charges: Any third-party services, such as flights, hotels, or activities, are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which may not be refundable.
Travel Insurance
